 Christine San Nicolas new General Manager of Outrigger Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa

In her new role, she will be at the helm of the resort’s operations, driving excellence across all departments, including guest services, product quality, safety, sales, marketing and revenue management.
San Nicolas will also collaborate with Outrigger’s global marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand presence while fostering a high-performing workforce committed to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

“Her proven track record of delivering excellence and her passion for enhancing the guest experience will undoubtedly elevate the resort to new levels of distinction.”
San Nicolas’ journey with Outrigger began in 1999 as the Assistant Director of Financial Services at Outrigger Guam Beach Resort.
Her trajectory within the company has been marked by her strategic vision and commitment to excellence. She transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2016, later moving to O’ahu in 2020 to serve as Senior Director of HR for Outrigger Hospitality Group.
In 2021, San Nicolas brought her leadership to Hawai‘i Island as the Director of HR for Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa, where she was swiftly promoted to Resort Manager, overseeing all operational aspects of the property.
In addition to her extensive professional experience, San Nicolas holds two Associate of Arts degrees: one in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco and another in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
Her diverse educational background, combined with her hands-on experience, uniquely equips her to lead with both creativity and strategic acumen.
Christine San Nicolas’ appointment marks a significant milestone for Outrigger Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa as the property continues to elevate its service offerings and solidify its reputation as a premier resort destination.
