Club unique to debut in Mexico (Mexique)

HMC (Hospitality Marketing Concepts), the leading solution provider of loyalty membership programmes, will be launching a new club membership programme for Worldwide Unique Hotels to include current represented hotels in Mexico.

Worldwide Unique Hotels is a collection of small and eclectic owner-operated properties located in both city and resort locations. Established in 2004, Worldwide Unique Hotels has grown rapidly in the past 5 years, now with over a hundred properties in Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Ecuador, and the United States.

Named Club Unique, this paid membership programme will be the first of its kind for Worldwide Unique Hotels, uniting all 50 of its properties in Mexico to provide recognition and common benefits to members across the brand. Club Unique members will enjoy exclusive benefits such as member-only room rates, room upgrades, special offers and more. The 12-month membership also provides the member with unlimited complimentary dining at any of the participating hotel restaurants when accompanied by one or more paying guests.

"We have an excellent hotel network in Mexico, but we need to build brand awareness and strengthen our brand loyalty," said Dennis Johnson, President & CEO for Worldwide Unique Hotels. "We also want to know who our customers are and be able to reach out to them."

Club Unique is set to debut in March 2009 across Mexico.
