Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Tinu Osimokun as Director of Sales & Marketing for The Churchill Hotel in Washington, DC. The historic and upscale hotel includes 144 guest rooms and 2,200 square feet of meeting space. The elegant boutique property recently completed a multi-million dollar restoration of its stylish architecture and elegant interiors. All 144 guest rooms, including the 71 spacious suites, feature modern amenities such as wireless high speed Internet access and data ports, while retaining the charm of old-world elegance.
Ms. Osimokun joins Crestline from the Henley Park Hotel & Morrison-Clark Inn in Washington DC where she served as Director of Sales & Marketing. She brings more than 10 years of experience in sales management having held positions with The Four Points by Sheraton, Washington, D.C., the Madison Hotel and the Embassy Row Hilton, also in Washington D.C.
“Tinu’s extensive experience in the D.C. market, coupled with her understanding of the unique attributes of independent hotels, makes her an excellent team leader for The Churchill,” said Vicki Denfeld, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Crestline Hotels & Resorts. “We welcome Tinu’s dedication to excellence to this wonderful boutique property,” added Denfeld.
Ms. Osimokun holds a B.A. in Business & Finance from South Bank University, London England. She has been active in the Washington, D.C. hospitality community throughout her career.
