The management of Nova Yardinia by Hilton Hotels Co. was announced one year ago, when the agreement between the leading world-wide hotel chain and the owning company, Nuova Concordia, was signed.
Hilton's portfolio in Italy grows with the addition of a new hotel complex which will soon be considered as a reference point in a region, like Puglia, seen as strategic in the strengthening of the brand's presence in the leisure and mice segments in Southern Italy.
Hilton Nova Yardinia is a unique reality, both for its geographical and structural characteristics, that offers a choice of facilities amongst the richest and most diversified in the hospitality sector.
The resort is located in Castellaneta Marina, in the province of Taranto, on the border of the bio-genetic reserve of Stornara, surrounded by a precious Aleppo pine wood of 18 hectares. Beyond this incredible vegetation lies a splendid unspoilt coastline with 5 kms of exclusive gold beach belonging to the same complex. Travel connections are easy thanks to the proximity of two airports in Brindisi and Bari Palese, the latter being served by International flights from/to London, Paris and other European hubs.
The complex enjoys a privileged tourist location given its proximity to many cultural and archaeological sites, among which the famous Trulli of Alberobello and Sassi of Matera.
Hilton Nova Yardinia includes four hotels, for a total of 790 rooms:
Hilton Alborea 124 luxury lodges fully made of wood, all displaying a large furnished veranda, two bathrooms and a Jacuzzi. It offers 314 hemicycle-range rooms, a swimming pool, a bar, a garden plaza, the Congress Centre - whose main meeting room can host more than 600 delegates -, the Kids Club for the entertainment of the youngest ones, and many leisure and sport facilities.
The Valentino village will acquire the Hilton brand in the next few months after a complete re-branding phase. This hotel offers 242 rooms, two swimming pools, one of which of 1000 sqm, a wide lobby, two restaurants, two bars, a fitness area, an amphitheatre for summer shows and several sport facilities.
Besides the four enchanting properties, for the ultimate entertainment, guests can choose to experience the nearby Felisia Entertainment Center with its IMAX Theatre, or enjoy suggestive live shows at the Felifonte Theme Park, the largest amusement park in the South of Italy.
Hilton Nova Yardinia offers a complete range of wellness, congress, sport, and entertainment services, which will contribute in making the hotel complex appealing to a diversified clientele and make it the ideal location for both leisure and congress tourism.
Hilton Nova Yardinia's management is entrusted to Riccardo San Martino, General Manager with a long and consolidated experience in the hotel industry developed over a number of years with Hilton.
