Starting on World Environment Day, 5th June 2009, Amari Emerald Cove Resort, Koh Chang, will be carrying out week-long actions to increase awareness among staff and guests. The activities will focus on conservation of energy, recycling and spreading the word to all staff, as well as encouraging guests to be a part of the action on a daily basis. The World Environment Day events are part of the on-going Amari Green Initiatives.
