The Suntory Room can be reserved for private whiskey tastings, intimate cocktail parties featuring food pairings curated in partnership with the hotel's culinary team, listening sessions, and more. Guests will also have access to rare bottles of the celebrated Japanese whiskey.
The elegant venue features rich wood paneled walls, deep brown leather furniture, expansive Asian-themed wall murals, black and white images of the House of Suntory's visionary master blenders and artisans, Bonsai trees, and a woodburning fireplace. An outdoor terrace is outfitted with tables and chairs surrounding a welcoming fire pit. The Suntory Room can be reserved for dinners up to 18 guests and receptions up to 40 guests.

Guests can savor the craftsmanship of Suntory’s finest whiskeys, surrounded by a modern yet timeless ambiance. It’s also an invitation to celebrate the art of whiskey and Japanese spirit’s culture while enjoying elevated dining and cocktailing moments,” he adds.
About the House of Suntory
Since 1923, Suntory has been renowned as a pioneer of Japanese Whisky for its House of Master Blenders and for their Art of Blending. Founder Shinjiro Torii built Japan's first malt whisky distillery in Yamazaki, and the Suntory legacy continued with Torii's son and Suntory's second Master Blender, Keizo Saji, who continued to establish distilleries including the Hakushu Distillery.
