 Michael Groll appointed as General Manager of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

Michael was appointed as the Director of Food and Beverage at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong in 2017 before being promoted to the role of Hotel Manager in 2021, overseeing the hotel’s operations. As a true custodian of Mandarin Oriental, Michael is currently engaged in the Executive Master Program at Glion Institute of Higher Education and ESSEC Business School.
“I am very excited to take on this new role during a pivotal time for the hotel, as The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong embarks on its transformative journey to further elevate luxury lifestyle experiences for our guests. We look forward to delighting our FANs with reimagined spaces whilst we are heading to the Hotel’s 20th anniversary.” Michael added.
The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is partaking in LANDMARK’s transformative project ‘Tomorrow’s CENTRAL’, the hotel is poised to enhance the luxury offering, setting a new benchmark for ultra-luxury living in the heart of Hong Kong.
