Previously the resort manager of Lily Beach, in his promoted role Laurent is looking to maintain standards and provide experiences that delight guests under the Lily ethos.

Coming from a Food and Beverage background, he is dedicated to maintaining the unparalleled quality of our renowned Platinum Plan. Collaborating closely with the talented kitchen team and Executive Chef Antonio, the team at Lily Beach strives to continually elevate the culinary offerings.

“I would like to announce our recent recognition with the prestigious Wine Spectator Awards as a testament to our culinary excellence, and we aim to achieve even greater accolades in the future,” Laurent added.

Arushad, who also works closely with Laurent to boost in-resort sales and enhance guest experiences, initially began his career as a receptionist. He worked his way up the career ladder to where he is today.

His career span is wide, starting with working as a receptionist, going to in-villa dining, and progressing to front office supervisor and assistant front office manager. Here, he took a detour as Butler Manager at the sister property of Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa. Eventually, landing at Lily Beach as the Front Office Manager.

Arushad’s commitment to excellence has shone throughout his career, consistently demonstrating a passion for the tourism industry and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. His journey reflects Lily Hotels’ dedication to fostering career growth and enhancing the overall experiences of our guests.
