Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris announces that Michael Bartocetti has been elected Pastry Chef of the Year 2023 by his peers at the "Trophées Le Chef" ceremony, attended by more than 100 Michelin-starred chefs.
Presented by the prestigious Le Chef magazine, with an esteemed panel of Michelin-starred chefs as the jury, this title honours the pastry chef who has excelled the most in creations, expertise, and personality throughout the year.
Michael Bartocetti comments: “I am deeply touched and moved to have been awarded Pastry Chef of the Year, a testament to the recognition from the profession and Michelin-starred chefs for my work and that of my teams. It is a true honour to follow in the footsteps of the greatest names in French pastry.
