Ricardo Acevedo, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, announces the appointment of Victoria Campos Álvarez as new Director of Sales and Marketing of the Hotel.
Victoria is not new in this prestigious hotel company. From 1997 to 1999 she worked as Senior Sales Manager responsible for groups from the eastern United States and also Mexico.
She then moved to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita as Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the departments of Sales, Reservations and Revenue Management, and continued in that role until 2004.
Subsequently, she served until 2009 as sales director for Hilton International being responsible for the administration of the corporate office in Mexico City as well as managing the sales team responsible for the areas of wholesale, business travel, leisure and groups for 3000 hotels around the world, including 22 hotels in Mexico. Victoria then moved to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Riviera Maya until it closed in 2011.
"After 14 years, I am very happy to return to this wonderful hotel and find it as beautiful as always, and so well positioned," Victoria comments with enthusiasm. "The service and the quality make it the only Hotel with Five Diamonds in the city and we will continue to be the best."
Ricardo Acevedo adds that the experience Victoria has in luxury hospitality will be invaluable in continuing to position Four Seasons as the leading hotel in Mexico City.
