Experience a Michelin-inspired culinary repast served in the historical surrounds of Hullett House
Hullett House has launched a Weekend Champagne Brunch with free flow Veuve Clicquot and an outstanding spread of indulgent treats created by celebrated Executive Chef Philippe Orrico. The brunch is served in either the dramatic surrounds of the Dragon Bar, the evocative Chinoiserie lounges of the East and West rooms, or outside on the colonial-style terrace.
The Brunch dishes, created exclusively by Chef Orrico using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, are presented in an impressive cornucopia of appetizers, cold cuts and à la carte mains. Pastry Chef Alexis Watrin, who honed his skills at the celebrated Dorchester Hotel, London, has created a veritable feast of assorted and delicious desserts to complete the treat.
The Brunch, served every Saturday and Sunday between 12 noon and 2.30pm, costs HK$528 (adults) and $368 for children under 12, plus 10% service charge. Children under three years old eat for free.
