Sheraton Hanoi Hotel confirmed its position as the countries leading business hotel after receiving the title of “Vietnam’s Leading Business Hotel” for the third consecutive year at the World Travel Awards held in London.
Hailed by the Wall Street Journal as the “Travel Industry’s equivalent to the Oscar’s”, the World Travel Awards are the most comprehensive and prestigious awards program in the global travel industry. Every year, the awards are voted by dedicated travel professionals and their clients worldwide for the very best in travel, from top hotels to the best airlines.
General Manager of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, Matthew Everson said: “We are delighted to receive this prestigious award for the third year running and to be recognized as the leading business hotel in Vietnam. I wish to thank the many guests and travel agents for their votes and support of the Hotel. This award also recognizes our consistent approach in delivering the highest levels of professional service to our guests. This of course cannot be achieved without the warm and genuine service provided by our associates and I thank each one of them for their dedication and commitment.”
The poll this year was the highest in World Travel Awards' 16-year history, with over 170,000 industry professionals casting their votes for what they consider to be the very best travel, tourism and hospitality products and services in Asia. Judgment is not only based on industry professionals own personal perception and dealings with a company at all levels, but also on every aspect of staff training, operation and delivery of customer value and satisfaction.
