Indulge at Park, the all-day dining restaurant at Grand Park City Hall, has received the Singapore Tourism Board’s Singapore Service Star for achieving the mark of quality service.
The Singapore Service Star seeks to recognise and promote businesses that deliver good service and exhibit sound business practices, serving as a mark of quality service for discerning customers. Developed by the STB,
the scheme is designed to enhance tourists' confidence by providing them with great shopping, dining and leisure experiences.
“We are delighted to receive this recognition from STB as it endorses what we have always strived for - uphold high values in service excellence. Having the award ensures that guests and visitors will always enjoy pleasant dining experiences at Indulge at Park,” said Ms Angeline Tan, Executive Assistant Manager of Grand Park City Hall.
To receive the Singapore Service Star, F&B establishments are evaluated on six key components of customer experience including Customer Reception, Customer On-Board, Customer Management, Customer Service Attitude and Customer Departure - through site visits by STB.
Out of a possible 100 points, Indulge at Park garnered a score of 74, which is above the average performance score of all F&B establishments accredited by the Singapore Service Star.
Indulge at Park has just completed a major renovation and now features an open-kitchen concept, with illuminated counters lined with white marble and wood flooring. The 332sqm all-day dining restaurant can seat 170 persons comfortably, including al fresco seats in the courtyard. The restaurant serves international cuisine in both buffet and a la carte formats. It is also the first hotel restaurant to collaborate with the Health Promotion Board to launch a healthy kids menu.
