Great Hotels of the World member, The Landmark London, will launch its “twotwentytwo” restaurant and bar next month following a million pound renovation. Executive Chef, Gary Klaner, has created a diverse modern-European menu to reflect the chic style of twotwentytwo. Menu items will include: Shellfish risotto with crab, prawns, mussels and squid; Open tart of white mushrooms and goats cheese, home-dried tomato and rocket; and Pan-fried fillet of sea bass with dressed fennel and watercress and orange salad.
