Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE:IHR), a leading hotel real estate investor and the nation's largest independent management company, today announced that the company will release fourth-quarter 2008 financial results on Thursday, March 12, 2009, before the market's opening. Management will hold a conference call at 10 a.m. ET to discuss those results.
