Pretty Woman Meets Palm Beach is perfectly timed for those looking to spend a romantic Valentine’s Day weekend beachside. The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach Executive Chef Ryan Artim has prepared several options for guests to enjoy a memorable holiday dinner at The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, including two prix fixe menus available at the signature hotel restaurants, in-room or in a private oceanfront cabana. For a truly unforgettable evening, guests can rent one of the eight exclusive cabanas – available for $150 – and enjoy a candlelit dinner for two under the stars with the lull of the ocean waves.
The three-course prix fixe menu at Angle is available for $140 per couple – $240 per couple with a chilled bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label – and features Dry Aged Beef Tenderloin with Maine Lobster Tail and a Cupid’s Heartbeat dessert. Temple Orange’s prix fixe menu offers Mini Beef Wellington or Franchaise Flounder with a Dessert of Lovers Duo, available for $100 per couple.
For the locals who choose to stay in with their date this Valentine’s Day, Chef Artim has done all the prep work for a take-home package complete with all necessary ingredients to effortlessly complete a delicious four-course meal of Chilled Seafood Platter with Shrimp, Oysters and Florida Stone Crab, Field Greens Salad, two eight-ounce Filet Mignon, an array of fresh sides and breads and a Strawberry Crème Puff Tic Tac Toe to top it all off. These two complete dinners are available ready to go for $150 and also include a bottle of Champagne and freshly made chocolate croissants for breakfast the next morning. The Pretty Woman Meets Palm Beach package is valid through April 26, 2009 and requires a minimum two-night stay over Valentine’s Day/President’s Day weekend and Easter weekend.
