The Rezidor Hotel Group has launched a new Investor and Media section on its corporate website: On www.rezidor.com investors, media and other stakeholders can now browse through a smarter, faster, and easy to navigate website of one of the fastest growing hotel companies worldwide.
“Effective communication is crucial, especially in challenging times like today”, says President & CEO, Kurt Ritter. “Our corporate website is an important channel for us to keep the media and investor community informed about our group’s developments, strategies and focus. The launch of a new Investor and Media site further signals our commitment towards structured and open communication, and creating value for our stakeholders”, adds Kurt Ritter.
The new Investor & Media site (also accessible through www.investor.rezidor.com) offers a comprehensive Financial Centre with all the latest Results Reports, Webcasts and Company presentations. With the Upcoming Events, viewers can synchronise their Outlook Calendar with the latest happenings and news of Rezidor, and a new Share Price section offers the possibility to download current and historic share performance in handy HTML or Excel format.
The new Press Room is organised as per corporate, financial and brand press releases for easy reference. And the newImage Bank offers an extensive selection of photographs of Rezidor’s hotels and resorts, and key executives. Other valuable tools include an Investor Kit, Investment Calculator, multi-lingual Fact Sheets, and a Quick Finder to access the most essential information on Rezidor within a click.
The site also showcases an improved Corporate Governance section with detailed information on the Board Members and Committees’ composition and its roles. According to the latest research published by HVS (The Board Masters dated November 2008), Rezidor was ranked Number 2 for Best Corporate Governance structure at publicly listed companies in Europe.
