Our Chef, Vincenzo Regine*, named “Maître cuisinier” of Belgium, has prepared a rich springtime à la carte menu to trigger your senses and your curiosity.
As an artist, he has emphased mainly seasonal products that he has meticulously selected. The suckling lamb will definitely be the must; you will also enjoy a wide range of the freshest vegetables such as broad beans, asparagus, artichokes, peas and rocket salad.
Meanwhile conserving those sweet flavours cherish by everyone, Vincenzo let touch of originality took over the desserts.
As you can imagine, the leading word of this spring at the Bocconi is a harmonious mix of intense tastes and multiple savours full of sun and colours.
