Dusit Resort, Pattaya’s culinary team once again emerged victorious in the 15th International Hotel, Catering, Bakery, Food, Beverage and Retail Supplies Exhibition (IFHS 2007) winning a total of eight medals.
Dusit Resort, Pattaya’s Food & Beverage team was awarded two gold medals for Fruit and Vegetable Carving on Stage and Duck Cooking Contest; three silver medals for Individual Ice Carving, Fruit and Vegetable Carving on Stage and Hot Pasta Cooking Contest; and three bronze medals for Turkey Cooking Contest, Showpiece Fruit and Vegetable Carving, and Asian-type Cooking Contest.
