Luca joined the Group in 2014 to lead the new Mandarin Oriental, Milan towards its opening and positioned it among the best hotels in the country; in 2018 he assumed the role of Area Vice President for Italy, supporting operations at Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como, further establishing the Group's Italian portfolio and contributing to the delivery of a robust pipeline of new developments.
In his new role at Mandarin Oriental, Paris, Luca will support current operations in France, Italy and Czech Republic. He takes over from Geraldine Dobey who will now take on full- time responsibility as Group Director of Quality, a function she managed alongside her General Manager and AVP roles last year.
Stephanie Greger began her career with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2018 as Director of Marketing and Commerce at Mandarin Oriental, Milan and was promoted to Hotel Manager in September 2021.
During her tenure, Stephanie has led the hotel team to new heights, ensuring that the property remains positioned as a leading luxury hotel in the heart of Milan's social and business centre.
Luca Finardi commented, "After 10 exceptional years in Milan, I am delighted to embrace a new, exciting challenge within the Group. It is a great pleasure and an honour to join Mandarin Oriental, Paris, and its passionate team. Its location in the heart of the fashion district on the famous Rue Saint-Honoré resonates with my Milanese experience. I look forward to positioning the hotel as a reference for luxury hospitality. The handover to Stephanie as General Manager was a natural progression: through these years, Stephanie has shown passion, dedication and leadership qualities, motivating the team daily with her extraordinary energy"
