Chef Kresky brings a wealth of culinary expertise and an inspiring journey of innovation in the culinary arts.

Growing up in Kitchener, Ontario, Chef Kresky’s passion for cooking ignited at a young age.
At just 15, he began his culinary career in a local restaurant, where he fell in love with the art and intensity of the kitchen.
Over the years, his dedication led him to renowned establishments such as The French Laundry in California, and Gramercy Tavern and Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York. These experiences honed his skills and deepened his appreciation for culinary excellence.
In 2017, Chef Kresky took a significant step in his career by joining Alo Restaurant in Toronto as sous chef, under the mentorship of Chef Patrick Kriss. After four successful years at Alo, he continued to elevate his craft at Richmond Station, where he served as executive chef until his recent appointment at Café Boulud.
Chef Kresky’s culinary philosophy, deeply rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and the harmonious blend of classic and modern techniques, has consistently delighted guests with creative menus that showcase his commitment to locally sourced ingredients.
Now, Chef Kresky brings his flair for innovative menu design and bespoke dining experiences to Café Boulud.
This summer, guests can experience his culinary artistry through a fresh and delectable menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired bites, perfectly suited for warmer weather.
Before officially joining the Café Boulud team, Chef Kresky spent his first week in New York City, training closely with the acclaimed Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud. This collaboration sets the stage for a special five-course debut dinner on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 6:30 pm in Café Boulud Toronto, where both chefs will present a special menu.
