Adrien Poul's journey in hospitality began at École Hôtelière de Paris Jean Drouant, where his passion for the industry was nurtured.
His dedication to culinary excellence led him to complete a sommelier technical course, deepening his understanding of the intricate relationship between wine culture, gastronomy, history, and tradition.
Over the years, he has held esteemed positions in prestigious establishments in London and Paris, showcasing his commitment to excellence.
Notably, he served as the assistant room service manager at Shangri-La Paris from 2013. In 2016, Adrien embarked on a new adventure with Four Seasons at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, taking on the role of Room Service Assistant Manager.
Later, he returned to Shangri-La Paris, where he held key roles, including room service manager and restaurant manager at La Bauhinia Restaurant.
Since May 2020, he has been the director of Café Antonia and Jardin Français at Hotel Le Bristol Paris, where he played an instrumental role in developing the hotel's food and beverage division and its offerings during the challenging times of the pandemic.
In his new role as Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, he will oversee all food and beverage operations, with a strong emphasis on delivering extraordinary culinary experiences to guests.
He arrives at an exciting time, with plans to introduce a new epic breakfast concept and oversee menu launches at KOLLÁZS and MÚZSA.

Adrien, a dedicated hotel professional, expresses his excitement about joining the esteemed Four Seasons Budapest team.
"I eagerly anticipate infusing my expertise and innovative ideas into the culinary experiences at this remarkable property. I am excited about contributing to this exceptional team in the years ahead."
Outside of his professional life, Adrien values time with his family, including his wife Marion and two children, who are eagerly anticipating their new adventure in Budapest.
He is also an enthusiastic sports aficionado, with a passion for football, tennis, and car racing.
