Swiss refinement meets the warmth of Texan hospitality in the Harwood District hot-spot
Hôtel Swexan (Dallas, Texas, United States) New Opening Summer 2023
Located in the upbeat Harwood District of Dallas, this 134-room modern classic offers distinctive design, high-energy culinary experiences, and vibrant nightlife.
The 22-story modern structure is the third building in the area by world-renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma who designed the destination with mirrored floor-to-ceiling windows that establish an enriching connection between the architecture and its setting.
Art and design are at the forefront of this new project, as the interior details are inspired by a 19th-century Parisian residence-turned-hotel with hand-carved stone and wooden fireplaces on every floor.
The hotel features a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, a 75-foot 20th-floor rooftop infinity-edge pool, private meeting and banquet space, a private social club, two grand ballrooms and a signature steakhouse.

A splendidly restored gem in London’s theatreland
L’oscar (London, UK)
Located in the heart of historic Holborn, L'oscar is an architectural gem inspired by turn-of-the-century decadence and London’s dandiest playwright.
Built in 1903 as the headquarters of the Baptist church, the hotel's iconic Baroque design, complete with original stained-glass windows, ornately plastered ceilings and oak paneling, has been splendidly restored to its original glory.
The hotel’s resurrection was a six-year labor of love, led by French designer Jacques Garcia, the creator behind La Mamounia and La Reserve Paris.
In addition to the jewel-toned L’oscar restaurant, this Summer will see an extraordinary new dining experience introduced in the Chapel.
With elegant, gilded décor, low lighting and silk screens embroidered with lustrous peacock feathers, L'oscar showcases theatrical style at its finest, offering an escape to a world of sophistication and refinement in one of London's most storied neighborhoods.
A renovated urban retreat offering sensational design, wellness and culinary offerings

Traditional Portuguese cuisine is crafted by two Michelin Star Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa and an array of wellness treatments are available at the only Sisley Spa in Northern Portugal.
The hotel's architecture and design combine historic and contemporary elements: dark glossy wood, monochrome prints, slick black glass and retro-style furniture are paired with antiques, collectables and chinoiseries from the owners' travels.
The main, historic manor house has been meticulously converted and attached to a new wing, featuring clean contemporary lines that echo the elegant slopes of the Douro vineyards.
