The Company demonstrates, once again, its commitment to digitization in order to improve the customer experience as it already did with the FASTPASS application

As of today, all of the hotels opened in France have this solution

NH Hotel Group presents the new Mobile Guest Service platform, a digital solution with which the company seeks to change the way in which guests interact with the hotel and all its services, improving their experience and guaranteeing their safety. It is a system that offers full control of the hotel stay from any electronic device included such as content of interest about the city and tips for visiting the tourist spots, or access to the daily international press. All this from their own electronic devices, whether this are mobile phones, tablets, or laptops, so that customers have full control.

For its launch, the hotel chain has placed posters in the reception, lobbies and rooms of the establishments where users access the content through a QR code. Currently, the NH hotels in France (nhow Marseille, NH Collection Marseille, NH Nice, NH Lyon airport, NH Toulouse airport) have this system and it is already available in 293 hotels out of the total 350 that the Company manages internationally.

Mobile Guest Service adds to our digital commitment with which we intend to make the final guest experience even more satisfactory. Furthermore, this platform reinforces the customer's perception of security, since they are able to interact with all the hotel services using only their own device”, Isidoro Martínez de la Escalera, NH Hotel Group Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted.

NH Hotel Group, at the forefront of technological advances

The chain is a pioneer company in technological innovation in the hotel sector. At the end of 2018 it launched FASTPASS, an application that combined three services from an online application for the first time - Check-in, Check-out and Choose Your Room. Now the company is taking another step forward in incorporating technological solutions that help improve the stay in its hotels.

Feel Safe at NH, safety for customers and employees

Since the reopening of the hotels after the pandemic, the chain has implemented the Feel Safe at NH concept, a plan of measures that includes aspects such as maximizing the cleaning and sanitizing processes of each hotel space, new processes and protocols for management restoration, or control of air and water purification. All this to ensure that anyone who is in a NH Hotel Group property, be they a customer or an employee, can feel safe.
