Mohamed started with the Hotel back in 2007 among its pre-opening team in the guest service department. With his passion and dedication, he got the chance to move to the concierge desk in 2011. In his time with the concierge team, Mohamed learned his profession inside and out. He explains, “It became a lifestyle, an art of discovering and way to help others.”
Mohamed found his joy and passion to describe the beauty of his beloved city Alexandria to its visitors. “I'd recommend for everyone to visit the legendary Bibliotheca Alexandrina and its beautiful antiquities museum, where you can feel the effect of the various eras the city has passed through. I also highly recommend a visit to the Catacombs, with no doubt it's one of the seven wonders of the middle ages - it is absolutely a breathtaking place.”
