Prior to this, Wendy spent four years in Dubai as vice president finance and commercial operations for Kerzner International, following a stint as director of finance and commercial operations for Sodexho UK/Europe, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Other past experience includes director of finance positions at Scottish & Newcastle PLC, Capital Radio Restaurants Ltd, County Hotels Ltd and Eurostar, having started her hospitality career with Hilton Hotels.
