• 21 Four Seasons hotels and resorts across the Americas were awarded the AAA Five Diamond rating this year.

Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Awards

• Four Seasons received a record number of Five-Star Ratings this year, with 30 properties receiving the coveted Five-Star recognition.
• This marks the most Five-Star ratings ever won by a single hotel company in a year in the Guide’s almost 60-year history.

Michelin Starred Restaurants

• Ten restaurants at seven Four Seasons hotels currently sparkle under a canopy of 15 Michelin Stars, including the world's first Chinese restaurant to achieve the highest ranking of three Stars, and all three restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris - the only hotel in Europe to have this distinction.

Travel and Leisure’s It List: The Best New Hotels in the World

• After undergoing extensive renovations and reopening in February 2016, Four Seasons Resort Lanai was featured as one of T+L’s favourite “radically redone” resorts of the year.

Condé Nast Traveler Gold List

• The Editors of Condé Nast Traveler elected seven Four Seasons hotels and resorts to their coveted Gold List, including Four Seasons Hotel New York, Four Seasons Hotel George, V, Paris, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet, and Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo.

Condé Nast Traveler Hot List 

• Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogota and Four Seasons Hotel Seoul were both named by Condé Nast Traveler as two of the Best New Hotels in the World in 2016.

Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2016

• Once again, Four Seasons was the most awarded luxury hospitality company in the Reader's Choice Awards, with readers voting 53 Four Seasons hotels and resorts among their favourites in the world.
• Three resorts included in the 50 Best Resorts in the World including Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, and Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Thailand.

Condé Nast Traveller (UK) Reader’s Choice Awards

• Readers of Condé Nast Traveller UK voted 11 Four Seasons hotels and resorts into the magazine’s prestigious Reader’s Choice Awards, including two placements in the World’s Top 100 list. 

Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Awards

• 26 Four Seasons hotels and resorts were recognised with Five-Star designations, more than any other hotel brand and a record number of Five-Star awards for Four Seasons.
• Six new Four Seasons were awarded Five-Star ratings this year, the most Five-Star additions by a single Hotel brand since the list’s inception.

FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For

• For the 19th consecutive year, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts ranked among FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. Ranking 70th, Four Seasons is one of just 12 organisations to have the distinction of being named by its employees to the list every year since its inception.

Gallivanter’s Guide

• Four Seasons was recognised as the Best Hotel Group Worldwide in the 2016 Gallivanter’s Awards for Excellence.
• Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris was named both the Best City Hotel Worldwide and Best European City Hotel. The Hotel also received the Gallivanter’s Editor’s Choice awards for the best Hotel Cuisine and best Hotel Spa.
• In the Middle East and South America, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo were both named the best resorts in their region.

Monocle Magazine

• Four Seasons was named the Most Hospitable Hotel Chain in Monocle Magazine’s readers survey of the world’s friendliest nations, cities, people and brands. The award gives special mention to the brand’s consistent delivery of kind and thoughtful service the world over.

Travel + Leisure It List 

• The recently opened Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogota was featured among Travel and Leisure’s Best New Hotels on the Planet in 2016.

TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards

• 40 Four Seasons properties were awarded a total of 104 TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards including awards for Top Hotels in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Central America, Canada and China among others.
• Most notably, Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora and Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet were recognised as two of the Top 25 Luxury Hotels in the World. Four Seasons also placed among the Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Europe, Africa, Central America, South America, South Pacific, China, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, United States, and Thailand among others.

Voyage 2016 Luxury Hotel Awards

• Four Seasons was named one of the Best Hotel Groups Worldwide by Voyage Magazine.
• Within China, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake and Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou were named among the Best Hotels and Four Seasons Hotel Beijing was recognised as one of the Best Business Hotels.

2015 Awards and Accolades

AAA Five Diamond Awards  

• 22 Four Seasons properties were awarded the AAA Five Diamond ranking in 2015.
• This year’s awards recognise more than 50 percent of Four Seasons hotels and resorts in North America including Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort and Four Seasons Hotel Denver for the very first time.
• In addition, three Four Seasons properties have maintained their Five Diamond rating for 25 or more consecutive years including Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Four Seasons Hotel Boston and Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC.

Business Traveller Awards

• Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts won the Business Traveller Award for Best Luxury Hotel Chain for the second time within three years.
• Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris was awarded Best Business Hotel in Western Europe.

• Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts earned the highest Luxury Brand Satisfaction ranking, sweeping 11 of 12 categories in the annual reader survey.

Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2015 - The World’s Best Hotels

• 4 Four Seasons properties were named to Condé Nast Traveler’s 2015 Gold List; for the first time ever, the 2015 Gold List was hand selected by Condé Nast Traveler editors, writers, and network of influencers.

Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2015

• 62 Four Seasons hotels and resorts won a total of 68 Reader’s Choice Awards, accounting for 65 percent of the total portfolio of Four Seasons properties; Four Seasons received the most awards in this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards
• 3 spots in the Top 100 Hotels and Resorts in the World including Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico and Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California.

• For the 18th consecutive year, Four Seasons was named one of FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, ranking #47

Frequent Business Traveler GlobeRunner Awards

• Four Seasons was recognised as the Best Hotel Chain in the EMEA region and Best Hotel Chain Dining/Restaurant in the Frequent Business Traveler GlobeRunner Awards.

Skifties

• Four Seasons was recognised by SKIFT as the Most Effective Hotel Brand on Social Media. The Skifties highlighted the innovative ways in which Four Seasons leveraged Twitter Cards and Facebook’s Custom Audiences as well as the brand’s ability to harness the power of user-generated content and collaborate with influencers.

Telegraph ULTRA Awards

• For the third year in a row, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts was named Best Luxury Hotel Chain in the Telegraph ULTRA Awards.
• For the second year running, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris won Best Hotel in Europe and Four Seasons Hotel New York won Best Hotel in the Americas.

Travel + Leisure 500: The World’s Best Hotels

• 44 Four Seasons properties were recognised on the T+L 500.

Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards

• 24 properties received 39 World's Best Awards, the most of any luxury hotel brand, and Four Seasons received honours as one of the Top Hotel Brands worldwide.
• Honours include: #1 Top City Hotel and the #1 Top Resort in Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific with Four Seasons Hotel Sydney and Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, respectively; and #1 Top Small City in Europe, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet for its second year in a row.
• Four Seasons received 2 of the top 10 spa awards in the World’s Best Hotel Spa category, for Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris and Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora.

TripAdvisor’s Travelers' Choice Awards

• 43 Four Seasons hotels and resorts were honoured with 118 TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards, including ten properties receiving four or more awards, most notably the #4 placement for Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest in the Top 25 Hotels in the World category.
• 44 awards were given to 38 Four Seasons properties in the Luxury Hotels category and 20 properties received 22 awards in the Best Service category.
