“I am delighted that we identified such a strong internal candidate with a solid hotel operations background and Radisson brand knowledge for the position,” said Rosenberg. “Susan has intimate knowledge of our systems and strengths and, for the past seven years, has been focused on driving results and compliance in the franchised organization. I am confident that in her new role Susan will contribute to ensure we continue to drive results and push forward in our goals as outlined in Ambition 2015.”

Mason’s key responsibilities will include overseeing operating performance and brand consistency for more than 100 franchised hotels. Her operations roles have included Radisson properties in North America and Europe. In 2006, she was promoted to regional director of brand business for Radisson. Three years later, she was named senior regional director, Radisson, her most recent position.
