The Te Tiare Beach, an Outrigger Resort, the ultimate Huahine island vacation destination, has a new, revitalized look to their guestrooms. The already warm, welcoming Tahitian garden decor has been enhanced, refreshed, and is ready for a vacation -- for both guests and staff.

Outrigger's Director of Sales and Marketing, Roy Cordeiro, describes the renovation, saying, "The overall look mirrors the Huahine pallet of island color, the palm shaded sandy beaches and tranquil lagoons of the resort,
blending seamlessly with the natural beauty."

The recently completed renovation includes new coverlets on the comfortable beds, new draperies and new island-decor coverings and cushions for lounges and chairs. According to resort General Manager John Marshall, "The promise offered as guests arrive at our resort, with pandanus thatched roofs and sunset vistas, is kept when they step into the breeze and air-condition cooled guestrooms and over water bungalows."

Te Tiare Beach is a resort of private bungalows, suspended over a mirror-like lagoon with technicolor fishes circling in every direction. The beaches are perfect white sand crescents, the mountains above blanketed in tropical rainforest green. A private motorboat carries guests from a dock near the airport to the resort's floating lobby entrance where flower-bedecked staff smile and say "ia ora na," hello, and "maruuru," thank you, for visiting our beautiful island.

Outrigger Te Tiare Beach is a full service resort with 41 overwater, beachside and garden air-conditioned bungalows, each equipped with fans, television, mini-bar refrigerators, hair-dryers, coffee makers and telephones that can be easily ignored. Internet access is available. Dining is leisurely, with a Tahitian flair.
