The Peninsula Tokyo is pleased to welcome Sunwoo Kim as Director of Finance, who joins the team with a distinguished accounting career.
Mr. Kim began his career in 1992 with Marriot International in South Korea and relocated to Tokyo in 2004 to assume the position of Finance Associate with Goldman Sachs Realty Japan. In 2005, he became Director of Finance of Panorama Hospitality K.K., a hotel asset management company of Morgan Stanley. In 2011, he transferred to Morgan Stanley Capital K.K. Japan as a member of the portfolio management team.
Mr. Kim holds a Master’s degree in hotel management from the Graduate School of Business of Sejong University.
Mr. Kim speaks Korean, Japanese and English fluently. He is married with two children.
