The 12th edition of the global summit by World Travel Tourism Council gave us an overview of Japan’s recovery after the tragedy of March 11th 2011. A team from IEMI-CMH covered the event as official media partner through the corporate blog Luxury Must Hospitality. It is the first time that a delegation from a hospitality school attended such a prestigious event. Leaders of the industry from all over the world shared their views and experiences to improve the guest’s experiences as well as their business development. Let’s take a look to some key sentences -from our exclusives interviews- that are interesting to keep in mind.
Stay tuned, more is coming up!
