The Erbil Rotana Hotel opened its doors to the public in December 2010 and now provides visitors with 5-star accommodation and service. Located in the heart of the Iraqi city, it boasts 201 rooms and suites and caters to various market segments including government, diplomatic, corporate, meetings and leisure. In addition, the first branded hotel in Kurdistan offers six food & beverage outlets, conference and banqueting facilities and a fitness club. Malia Invest and DIVA srl own equity in the Erbil Rotana Hotel. The hotel is managed by Rotana Management Corporation.
