Lodgian, Inc. (Amex: LGN), one of the nation's largest independent owners and operators of full-service hotels, today announced that the company will release first-quarter 2006 financial results on Thursday, May 4, 2006, before the market opens. At 10 a.m. Eastern time, management will hold a conference call to discuss the results.
The conference call will be hosted by Ed Rohling, president and chief executive officer, and James MacLennan, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
