De Vere Cameron House, the five star hotel on the banks of Loch Lomond, is set to further boost its claim to be Scotland's premier luxury golf and leisure resort with the completion of The Carrick, a £50 million world class golf and leisure development, in 2006.

The Carrick will consist of a championship-standard all-season golf course, world class spa, extensive leisure facilities and 96 De Vere Resort Ownership lodges and apartments.

The public-access 18-hole golf course (par 71) has been designed by internationally acclaimed course architect, Doug Carrick, and will be shaped to preserve and enhance the beauty of the existing landscape, affording spectacular and unrivalled views of Loch Lomond. One third of the development will be committed to a nature reserve for the protection and enhancement of local wildlife.

The Spa at The Carrick is set to be one of Scotland's most exclusive spas, featuring unique specialist treatments made from pure local waters, herbs and minerals.

De Vere Cameron House is a beautifully appointed ancestral home is steeped in history and combines traditional luxury with modern, state of the art business facilities to offer both leisure and business guests alike an unrivalled collection of accommodation, facilities and service for which De Vere Hotels have become renowned.

De Vere Cameron House's superior accommodation comprises 96 bedrooms with seven magnificent suites that offer the utmost in luxury with period style furnishings, spa baths, and sitting rooms with breathtaking views across Loch Lomond.

The hotel has a variety of dining options, from the superb 3 AA Rosette award-winning Georgian Room, to the more family friendly Smolletts Restaurant and the relaxed Marina Restaurant Bar & Grill, where guests can dine al fresco by the shores of the loch.
