The Entertainment Capital of the World is Upheld by Las Vegas Luxury Hotels.

Even though airline prices have risen and gasoline prices just aren't what they used to be, the city of Las Vegas is still busy planning, constructing, and revealing new attractions that will keep tourists flocking to see them. Any new Las Vegas city guide will have the latest attractions highlighted for gamblers and travelers, which should help pull in visitors to see some of the most lavish and extravagant sights anywhere in the desert and beyond.

Luxury and style have not been limited in Las Vegas despite the current economy, and there are many Las Vegas luxury hotels that are opening all kinds of attractions- some are small spas and others are giant multi-million dollar attractions that will turn heads and drop jaws. The Mirage, for example, has in the works a re-design of the resort's volcano that will cost an estimated $25 million. It will all include devices that throw fireballs that are synchronized to perform along with a new music score that has been composed by Mickey Hart, who is the former Grateful Dead drummer.

A new Las Vegas city guide will also feature attractions like the grand spa at the Venetian and the new similar facilities at the Palazzo. This spa, operated by Canyon Ranch, features VIP lockers that are spacious enough to accommodate full-length gowns and robes, a space for cooling off that resembles an igloo environment, and showers that resemble a rain forest rainstorm as well. The Las Vegas luxury hotels are digging into the imagination plenty with all of these new attractions, sparing no expense to attract guests, no matter what the economy is like. The Rok nightclub is new, complete with a wraparound video screen, and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino offers luxurious massages fit for a king, queen, or celebrity.

Las Vegas luxury hotels have to continuously fill the city guides with lavish amenities, impressive attractions, and mind-blowing nightlife to keep gamblers and visitors coming to Sin City. The Entertainment Capital of the World keeps a step ahead of other cities that would attract those gamblers and travelers in order to keep that title. David Schwartz, head of the gaming studies research center at the University of Nevada has said, "Las Vegas resorts have to keep investing in new attractions to stay ahead of other would-be gambling centers in the United States and around the world".
