Attending ASAE & The Center’s Springtime Expo in April proved to be particularly rewarding for one planner. Chelsea Dennison (second from left), Events Manager for Entrepreneurs’ Organization in Washington, D.C., was the lucky winner of the dazzling 1-carat “Grand Wailea Resort Diamond” that was awarded by Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) as part of its “2009 Diamond Tour.” The gem is named after the exceptional Hawaiian resort, which is a member of ALHI. Dennison is seen here (wearing the one-carat diamond solitaire necklace) with (from left): Bob Strade, Managing Director of Entrepreneurs’ Organization; Corinne Routhier, Director of Sales for ALHI’s National Sales office in Washington, D.C.; and Ed Simon, ALHI’s Regional Vice President of Sales, who is also based in ALHI’s National Sales Office in Washington, D.C.

The “Grand Wailea Resort Diamond” was the third one-carat diamond presented this year as part of ALHI’s “2009 Diamond Tour.” ALHI awards the diamonds as a means to showcase its exceptional portfolio of Four- and Five-Diamond quality hotels and resorts.

During the 2009 tour, ALHI will award diamonds valued at more than $50,000 in one-carat diamond solitaires.

With a diverse luxury portfolio of nearly 90,000 rooms and suites and over 9 million square feet of meeting space, ALHI enables meeting planners and incentive specialists to gain easy one-call access to its outstanding member hotels and resorts worldwide which specialize in meetings and incentive programs requiring from 10 to more than 5,000 rooms.
