Hotel Lucia is awarded to Conde Nast Traveler Magazine's Gold List in 2009 for years running.
Portland's famed Hotel Lucia is on Condé Nast Traveler magazine's 2009 Gold List World Best Places to Stay list announced in the January 2009 issue. The Gold List is a result of the Reader's Choice Awards in 2008 where readers vote and describer their favorite places to stay.
"We are honored with Condé Nast Traveler's recognition," said Howard Jacobs, President and COO of Provenance Hotels. "We will continue to dedicate our efforts providing only the best personal service and most luxurious rooms and amenities hoping to always earn the recognition."
Portland, Ore.'s, five-year old Hotel Lucia has quickly risen to the top of the world's urban luxury hotel scene with a bundle of accolades from international media and travelers alike. This small, Portland boutique hotel is stylish and cosmopolitan yet friendly and unpretentious. A dedicated clientele of Hollywood stars, music celebrities, politicians and business leaders call the hotel home when they visit Portland.
The Hotel Lucia is known for its central downtown location, as well as its reputation for the highest customer service and its focus on art, design and luxury.
