When hotels reach the excellence in terms of hospitality, the difference comes from the small details... and children are much more than small details for their parents.
It is Petit VIP’s belief that every staff member, through their behaviour and words, should reflect the fact that venues greatly value young guests. To create this atmosphere, Petit VIP childcare experts train each department and every member dealing with guests to turn venues into outstanding child-friendly ones.
The Petit VIP method aims to teach how to adapt hotel services to children, by empowering the staff with practical materials and techniques when dealing with children. It also aims to give them the confidence to create and run innovative activities for different age groups and cultures.
These tailor-made trainings allow the whole frontline team to adapt their own skills, behaviour and services to children.
From the concierge and receptionists to the corporate chef, waiters and housekeeping staff, everyone is involved to provide a refined Petit VIP experience.
After each training session, all participants are required to take an assessment test, showing that they have acquired the knowledge imparted.
