The luxury hospitality leader in the Vail Valley, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail has embarked on its highly anticipated resort enhancement project this week. The premier year-round resort will remain open during this phased project and will continue to be the place for both locals and visitors alike seeking the sophistication of Four Seasons brand while enjoying the legendary setting in Vail Village.
“We are thrilled to begin this exciting enhancement project this week. As the Resort will remain open during this period, we have developed a phased plan to ensure that our guests will continue to receive award-winning Four Seasons service,” says Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail General Manager Meredith Macfarlane. “We are looking forward to unveiling our re-imagined, premier luxury mountain Resort as the enhancements are completed.”
Enhancements for 2019, all to be completed prior to the festive period in mid-December, include a refresh and remodel of hotel guest rooms, suites and corridors; conversion and remodelling of several private residences; refreshed meeting space; redesigned lobby; and perhaps most notably, a complete transformation of Flame Restaurant into a newly conceptualised restaurant experience exploring unique flavours and cuisine in a completely redesigned mountain-chic, contemporary space.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is working closely with the ownership company Extell Development Company to ensure that its guests and local patrons will continue to receive legendary service during this phased enhancement project.Design DetailsThe building’s design elements will transform the Vail property with a stylish makeover that will complement the cool-chic character first introduced with The Remedy Bar. The tailored mountain modern design will incorporate clean, contemporary lines paired with organic textures and colours, complementary of Vail’s breathtaking mountain landscape. Local stone and wood will add mountain-chic touches to all of the fireplaces while nature-inspired carpet, leathers and textured fabrics will be combined to create a sophisticated resort feel.
