Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a Hilton (NYSE: HLT) luxury hotel for the smart luxury traveler, today announced plans to manage The London NYC and subsequently reflag as the Conrad New York Midtown following a complete renovation in spring 2019. Beginning in October 2017, the Luxury Group within Hilton Management Services (HMS) will take over the operation of The London NYC. The re-imagined property is scheduled to officially rebrand as a Conrad hotel within 18 months. Conrad New York Midtown will become the luxury brand's second property in New York City, following the opening of Conrad New York in lower Manhattan in 2012.

The 562-key London NYC hotel will undergo an extensive renovation and will rebrand to the Conrad New York Midtown, a Conrad-branded property, in spring 2019. The renovation will include a complete transformation of all guestrooms, corridors, public spaces and vertical transportation systems, and will introduce a new upscale dining concept. Upon completion, the hotel's chic interiors, by designer Stonehill & Taylor, will offer a modern interpretation of the Conrad "world of style" design aesthetic. Additionally, the hotel will boast 24-hour in-room dining, a large state-of-the-art fitness facility, and 4,798-square-feet of adaptable meeting space.
As the only all-suite luxury hotel in midtown New York, The London NYC will set a new standard, featuring spacious suites that average more than 500-square-feet and dramatic views of Gotham's iconic skyline from the hotel's top floors. Situated in the heart of midtown at 151 West 54thStreet between 6th and 7th Avenues, the hotel is located just steps away from many of the city's historic landmarks and most dynamic thoroughfares, including Carnegie Hall, Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Broadway, and Times Square.
Beginning in October 2017, The London NYC will participate in Hilton Honors, the only hotel loyalty program that allows members to earn Points & Miles on the same stay, with No Blackout Dates on reward stays. Along with Honors Points, members also enjoy the lowest rates, digital check-in, complimentary internet access, and a booking fee waiver when they book directly through www.conradhotels.com.
The London NYC guests will have access to the popular Conrad Concierge, available through the Hilton Honors mobile app. The digital service offers global luxury travelers the ability to customize details of their hotel stay before, during, and after each visit via their smartphone or tablet. Whether pre-selecting bath amenities or checking-in while in-transit from the airport, guests can access a variety of features using the app. As a special promotion, guests can book a London Suite and receive a one level complimentary upgrade at the time of booking as well as receive a Hilton Honors bonus of 1,000 points per night.
