This magnificent hotel is located just one minute’s walk from the famous Sea Front Cornish promenade and 1,5 km from Martyr’s Square, the very heart of the city. It has 87 good-sized rooms and suites including 2 Presidential Suites and 4 Ambassador Suites, all luxuriously decorated and fitted out with the latest amenities and technologies. Many rooms come with sizeable balconies with a full view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The hotel is also well-known for its culinary excellence. On the sixth floor, the main restaurant serves Lebanese and international cuisines and offers a breath-taking panoramic sea view. On the street level, the Indian restaurant with its terraces, is considered one of the best in the city. The cozy roof top bar is a popular place for after work and evening gatherings.

The hotel will be renamed the Warwick Palm Beach Hotel. This is the fourth hotel (2 in
Jordan and now 2 in Lebanon) that will embrace the Warwick brand name in the Middle East region, all under management contracts

The signing of this new management contract demonstrates once again Warwick International Hotel's ability to meet, if not exceeding, the needs of owners and investors when looking for an experienced and recognized hotel operator.
"We are very pleased with the signing of this management contract and we are planning to actively pursue our expansion in this area”, says Jamal Serhan, Chief Operating Officer Warwick International for the Middle East and North Africa region.
