Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, has signed a Management Agreement with Grosvenor House Apartments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Park Lane Properties Limited, to operate its luxury apartments in London. Park Lane Properties Limited is majority owned by a consortium of Kuwait based companies including Adeem Investment & Wealth Management Company, The Investment Dar and Stehwaz Holding Company. Due to fully open in early 2012, the Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living will be part of the Jumeirah Living portfolio, the Group’s luxury brand of residences and serviced apartments.
Located on London’s Park Lane and originally built in the 1920s, Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living has undergone a complete internal rebuild and refurbishment. Highly stylised and contemporary in design, the property’s 133 apartments range from studios through to five-bedroom penthouses, providing the largest luxury serviced accommodation in London.
Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living offer exceptional quality, service and attention to detail. The interior design of the apartments combines classic finishes such as dark oak timber flooring with more contemporary detailing, for example tailored wall paneling and oversized bathrooms. This combination of classic and contemporary delivers a luxury experience that is unparalleled in the British capital, including a dedicated lifestyle concierge service, state-of-the-art technology and bespoke furniture.
Additional features at the Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living include a spectacular first-floor atrium with a seven-storey vaulted ceiling and a grand over-sized fireplace. The Atrium will host an all-day dining concept.
Launched in 2008 in Dubai with Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence, Jumeirah Living offers truly personalised services for effortless living. The residences feature cutting-edge technology, sumptuous finishes and contemporary design to provide guests and residents with the exceptional, world-class luxury service Jumeirah is renowned for – a luxury home away from home.
Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living is a fitting addition to Jumeirah Group’s existing portfolio of exceptional properties, which includes Jumeirah Carlton Tower and Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel in London, the iconic Burj Al Arab in Dubai and Jumeirah Essex House in New York. As part of its ambitious expansion plans, Jumeirah Frankfurt opened in August 2011 and Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi in November 2011 with further properties opening in the next few months in Mallorca, Dubai, Kuwait, the Maldives and Baku.
