Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong has earned a reputation for providing world-class facilities since its opening in 1989. With the upgrade program, Oasis and Concord Rooms will have the flexibility to be integrated into one ballroom to accommodate 600 people for a banquet setting. State-of-the-art technology including wireless Internet access and contemporary interior design ensure guests will find every venue an inspiring environment for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and weddings. An attentive and professional team of event specialists and technicians will be on hand to ensure that all events are a success.
Planning an event in Hong Kong will be much easier for organisers with Renaissance Harbour View Hotel's Meeting Package 2011. Starting from HK$580 per person, the price includes full-day use of a meeting room, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch at one of the designated restaurants in the hotel, meeting stationery, free broadband and wireless Internet access. The Hong Kong hotel's MICE offer is applicable to meetings of minimum 15 persons and the price is subject to a 10 per cent surcharge.
The fully equipped business centre on the Upper Lobby has a range of secretarial support services that includes fax, Internet, photocopying, translation services and business card printing.
