Mercure.com now boasts a totally revamped visual environment with more images and content and a revised editorial policy.
Mercure’s diverse range of hotels and their shared quality standards guarantee are also given better exposure thanks to extensive editorial content and on-going promotion of the network, the brand’s commitments and guarantees and its AIClub loyalty program.
Furthermore, the Mercure teams, whose innate sense of hospitality is one of the brand’s distinctive features, are in the spotlight throughout the website, on every page, providing their testimonials to promote and lend credibility to the brand’s key messages.

The entire site has been designed to make browsing easy for visitors looking for leisure, business, individual or group stays.
The homepage features five clearly visible themed tabs: business travel, leisure travel, meetings & events, themed trips and special offers, to instantly narrow the search and allow clients to browse information that matches their requirements and wishes.

“Mercure.com notched up 13 million visitors in 2010, or a 30% increase on 2009”, declared Frédéric Fontaine, the brand’s marketing director. “This new website is really designed to meet our client’s expectations since nearly 20% of them book their Mercure hotel stays online”.
