Wynn Macau and The Spa at Wynn Macau have once again received Forbes Five Star Awards.
The 2011 Forbes Travel Guide marks the third consecutive year in which both the resort and spa have received these esteemed honors. These prestigious accolades are testament to Wynn Macau’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Wynn Macau is one of just 54 hotels to achieve the Forbes Five Star rating this year, and the only hotel in Macau to be recognized with this Award for three consecutive years. This recognition reinforces the resort’s leadership role in transforming Macau into an international travel and leisure destination.
The Spa at Wynn Macau is the only spa in Macau to receive the Forbes Five Star Award for three consecutive years, and is one of only 20 hotel and resort spas to receive this honor in 2011.
Ian Michael Coughlan, President of Wynn Macau, said: “We are proud to receive these highly coveted Forbes Five Star Awards for a third consecutive year. These prestigious hospitality awards recognize the commitment made to achieving hospitality excellence by all of my colleagues at Wynn Macau.”
Forbes Travel Guide’s proprietary ratings process is based on more than 550 standardized criteria for hotels, 125 for spas and 150 for restaurants. Forbes Five Star destinations are “exceptionally distinctive luxury environments offering expanded amenities and consistently superlative service, with attention to detail and the anticipation of every need.”
