To date more than 130 entries coming from 25 countries and the 5 continents have been registered. This demonstrates the diversity of the candidates and their will to claim one of the 10 trophies. Innovation is once again very much at stake. A cocktail reception where the hotel industry can meet and discuss in a more informal atmosphere and honored by the chef MichelRoth, le Ritz Paris, will follow the ceremony.
