Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort Converts To Suites/Villas Only

Award-winning Windjammer
Landing Villa Beach Resort in St. Lucia announces the creation of 42 new
luxurious Anthurium Lily Junior Suites with ocean views to be added to the
upscale property by December 2008. Philippa Rouseau Design, an interior
design group with resort property expertise in the U.S. and the Caribbean,
has been retained for the new upscale suites' design. The 1,100 square foot
junior suites will feature Romeo & Juliet balconies. Several will have an
additional private sundeck on the roof.

"We are extremely pleased with the recent addition of our 12 new
expansive Hibiscus Suites and have decided to convert Windjammer Landing
Villa Beach Resort's Ocean View rooms to 42 Anthurium Lily Junior Suites.
Our property's upgrade to all suites and villas exemplifies the resort's
commitment to provide the ultimate in luxury to our guests and to continue
the resort's reputation as a premiere Caribbean vacation destination,"
stated Anthony Bowen, Windjammer Landing managing director.

The new suites, perfect for honeymooners, will boast four-post mahogany
queen size beds that will be draped with mosquito netting. The design of
the room will be plantation style, but with a clean contemporary twist
mixing natural materials such as sea grass and woven cane with hard
mahogany wood. Amenities will include 27" plasma TVs, vessel sinks that are
locally designed by a St. Lucian artist and whose design will be replicated
in the shower walls (each scene will vary by suite), romantic rain-head
showers and Kohler fixtures. The color scheme will reflect the tropics of
St. Lucia with bursts of bright colors utilizing juicy orange, deep navy
blue as well as calming cremes and whites.
