THE AMERICAS
Ted Kleisner has been named Chief Executive Officer of Hershey Entertainment & Resort replacing Scott Newkam who has announced plans to retire. Kleisner spent the past two decades at The Greenbrier from where he retired recently as President and Chief Executive Officer.

C. Robert McEleney has been promoted to President of Callaway Gardens in Georgia from his current position of Vice President/Managing Director. He has held senior leadership positions with The Resort at Squaw Creek, the Ihilani Resort and Spa, American Skiing Company, Olympus Hospitality Group and Millennium Hotels and Resorts.

Coni Thornburg has been appointed General Manager at the Lodge at Pebble Beach. She had been in Denver as the General Manager at the Hotel Teatro since 2000. David Craig has been promoted from his position as Hotel Manager at the hotel to replace her. Previously, Thornburg was part of the executive management team at Aspen’s Little Nell hotel for ten years, following nine years with Four Seasons.

Mike McMahon has been promoted to General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort Naples where he has been the Hotel Manager since July 2004. Previously, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for both Ritz-Carlton properties in Naples.

Michael King has been appointed General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Denver. King has been with Ritz-Carlton for eighteen years and was most recently the General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland.

Alberto Pirozzini has joined the Abaco Club at Winding Bay in the Bahamas, a property operated by Ritz-Carlton, as Managing Director. He transfers from the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman where he was the Executive Assistant Manager-Director of Rooms. Previously, he was the General Manager at Rome’s Boscolo Aleph Hotel and Director of Operations at the W Los Angeles.

James Soulé has been appointed General Manager at the Gaia Hotel Napa Valley. He comes from the Sonoma Valley Inn where he was the General Manager. Soulé is a former Director of Food and Beverage at Auberge du Soleil.

Kristin Howsley has been named President and Managing Director at the Fairmount Hotel in San Antonio. She replaces Sergio Ortiz who is now the General Manager of the Driskill in Austin.

Carl Henderson has been appointed General Manager at Sandy Lane. For the past three years, he was the General Manager of Parrot Cay. Henderson is also a former Managing Director at Frégate Island Private in the Seychelles.

Blantyre in the Berkshires has appointed Dennis Barquinero General Manager. He has had a long association with Blantyre's owner, Ann Fitzpatrick Brown, having previously worked at the Red Lion Inn and the Porches Inn. Most recently, he was the General Manager of two hotels operated by Nantucket Island Resorts: the White Elephant and Harbor House Village.

Tania Jones has been promoted to General Manager of the White Elephant, for Nantucket Island Resorts. At the hotel, she has previously held the positions of Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager and Innkeeper. Since 2005, Jones has been the General Manager of the White Elephant's sister property, The Cottages at the Boat Basin and will have the dual role of General Manager at both properties.

Cornell man Norman Rich has left Los Angeles to join the Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland, Oregon. For the past four years, he had been the Chief Operating Officer at the Jonathan Club after spending nine years with MCA/Universal.

Mark Briskin has joined the New York Helmsley Hotel as General Manager. A long time New Yorker, he has previously been the General Manager at Top of the Rock, The Muse and with Amsterdam Hospitality.

Stephan Nicolas has been promoted by RockResorts to Keystone in Colorado as General Manager. He was previously the Resident Manager at the Equinox Resort and Spa.

Jeffrey Felshaw has joined the hip Hotel on Rivington in New York as General Manager. For the past two years, he had been the General Manager of the City Club Hotel of New York. Felshaw also was the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Regent Wall Street.

The Delta King historic riverboat has appointed Paul Wolman General Manager. He was most recently at the Salish Lodge and Spa as Food and Beverage Director. Previously, he had worked as the Food and Beverage Director at the Hilton Monterey and the Stouffer Hotel Presidente in Cancun.

Larry Magor has been named Managing Director at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort and Spa in St. Thomas. Most recently, he was the Managing Director at the Wyndham Bermuda Resort and Spa and served as the General Manager of the Wyndham Northwest Chicago Resort and Spa.

The Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center and Spa has named Fred Euler General Manager. He has been with Hyatt for thirty years, most recently as General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Spa.

Cornell hotelman Richard Lee returns to the hospitality industry as General Manager at the Marabou Ranch in Steamboat Springs. For the past two years, he was with Bank of Hawaii but was previously the General Manager at the Outrigger Canoe Club in Honolulu, the Lodge at Stillwater in Utah and the Brooks Lake Lodge in Jackson Hole.

Thomas James has been named General Manager at the Whitetail Club and Resort in Northern Idaho, owned and operated by San Diego-based Manchester Grand Resorts. He came from the Lodge at Torrey Pines where he was the Director of Food and Beverage. He had previously been the Director of Catering and Conference Services at Carmel Valley Ranch.

Smith Munro has been named General Manager at the Renaissance Vancouver Hotel Harbourside. He was most recently the General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Hotel Georgia, also in Vancouver.

David Chase has been named Hotel Manager at the Ritz-Carlton New York Battery Park replacing Allen Highfield. He was most recently the Area Director of Catering and Conference Services for Ritz-Carlton Hotels of New York and has previously held catering positions at the Ritz-Carlton Boston, the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco and The St. Regis New York.

Patrick Franssen has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. He joins from the JW Marriott hotel in Quito where he was the General Manager since January 2004.

Cornell graduate Peter Nowotny is the new Resort Manager at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque. He comes to New Mexico via the Bonaventure Resort and Spa where he was consulting. Previously, he spent six years with Adam’s Mark Hotels and Resorts in Buffalo and Dallas.

Sergio Nunez del Prado has joined the Paradise Village Resort in Puerto Vallarta as Operations Manager. For the past three years, he was with Ritz-Carlton, most recently as the Club Level Operations Manager for the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas. He also served at the Ritz-Carlton Washington DC as Assistant Front Office Manager and the Ritz-Carlton Santiago as Director of Guest Services.

David Clark has joined Blackstone’s The Peaks in Telluride as Director of Culinary Operations. Most recently he was at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch as Executive Assistant Manager. Clark is a previous Executive Chef of Beano’s Cabin for Vail Resorts.

Maureen McGrath has joined SBE Entertainment as Vice President Sales. She has previously worked with the Hollywood and Highland complex as Director of Special Events. She held a similar role at the House of Blues, also in Hollywood.

Barceló Hotels & Resorts has promoted Oscar Serrano to Senior Director of Sales & Marketing for North America, and Fernando Ortiz to Sales Manager for the Southeast, U.S. Serrano was most recently the Commercial Director for North America. Ortiz was previously the Assistant Commercial Director for North America.

Richard Carroll has joined the Chatham Bars Inn in Cape Cod as Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently the Director of Group Sales at Harbor View and Kelley House on Martha’s Vineyard. Previously, he was the Director of Sales at the Chanler at Cliff Walk in Newport and at the Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod.

David Chu has joined the Dylan Hotel in New York as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining the Dylan, Chu worked for Kimpton in New York and was previously at the InterContinental-The Barclay.

Megan Ferguson has joined the Four Seasons Worldwide Sales Office in New York, as Manager, Worldwide Sales, replacing Lara Hanlon who has left the company. Ferguson was most recently a Sales Manager at the Four Seasons Philadelphia.

The Hyatt Regency Bonaventure has appointed Kelly Commerford Director of Sales and Marketing. Commefford joins Hyatt from a four-year tenure at Dolce International as the Western Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for the Dolce Hayes Mansion in San Jose and the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Dolce Oak Ridge Conference Center in Minnesota.

Agnelo Fernandes has joined the Canyon Ranch Miami Beach as Director of Sales and Marketing. His most recent position was that of Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sonesta Coconut Grove.

Pete Zudyk, formerly the Director of Brand Marketing for Hard Rock International, is the new Director of Marketing for ME by Sol Melia in Florida. When Sol Melia and Hard Rock ended their alliance, Zudyk followed Melia to be the Director of Marketing of the new “hip” brand ME by Melia. Zudyk rejoins his former colleague Guy Hensley, now ME by Melia’s Senior Vice President of Operations and formerly a Senior Vice President for W Hotels.

The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas has appointed Marina Nicola Director of Public Relations. She comes from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.

Mary Barrett has transferred to the Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas as Director of Meetings and Special Events. She has previously been with the company in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, among other locales.

Samantha Walder has been appointed Director of Human Resources at the Four Seasons Los Angeles, replacing Nancy Kupka. Walder comes from “Down Under” where for the past two years she was the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Four Seasons Sydney. Previously she worked with the Observatory Hotel and additional Orient-Express hotels in Australia.

Hakan Kocak has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Huntley in Santa Monica, where he will be responsible for launching a new rooftop restaurant and lounge as well as revamping room service and banquets. Formerly a partner in a catering company in Santa Barbara, Kocak also served as Food and Beverage Manager at the Peninsula-owned Quail Lodge in Carmel.

William Koval has relocated to Seattle, returning to Noble House Hotels and Resorts as their Corporate Regional Chef in addition to holding down the Executive Chef duties at the Edgewater Hotel. Koval had left Noble House in 2005, after eleven years as the Executive Chef of its flagship, the Adolphus in Dallas. He was most recently the Corporate Executive Chef for Culinaire International, based in Dallas.

Katsuo “Suki” Sugiura will be moving to Boston to be the Executive Chef at the former Ritz-Carlton Boston recently acquired by Taj International. He will remain at the Beverly Hilton through this year’s Golden Globes Awards. Prior to joining the Beverly Hilton, Sugiura was the Executive Chef at the Beverly Hills Hotel. In Boston, he takes over from Ritz-Carlton Executive Chef Gael Cruchet, who is being relocated by the company.

Rolf Weithofer has joined Bally’s Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City as Executive Chef. He was most recently in Puerto Rico as Executive Chef of the El Conquistador Resort and Casino. Previously he spent eighteen years with InterContinental most notably as the Executive Chef in San Juan, Los Angeles and Maui.

Christophe Bellanca, a former Chef at L’Orangerie in Los Angeles, has moved to New York where he joined Le Cirque as Executive Chef. He replaces Pierre Schaedelin, who had joined Le Cirque (in its previous location) in 1999, following seven years with Alain Ducasse in London and Monaco.

Olivier Gaupin has joined Alys Beach in Florida as Executive Chef. For the past five years, he was a few miles away at the WaterColor resort as Executive Sous Chef.

Ron Boyd has joined Aqua in San Francisco as Executive Chef, taking over from Peter Armellino, who has gone to the Plumed Horse in Saratoga. Boyd was most recently down the street at the Grand Café after spending time in Napa Valley at Domaine Chandon and Julia’s Kitchen at COPIA.

Philippe Trosch is the new Chef/Owner at La Taverna in Tucson. For the past four years, he had been at the Loews Ventana Canyon also in Tucson, where his successor is Marc Ehrler.

Patrick Mullin has been promoted to Executive Chef at the Lodge at Pebble Beach. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef for the hotel.

Ressul Rassallat has been named Chef de Cuisine at the Lodge at Pebble Beach, responsible for Club XIX. Rassallat had been in Los Angeles for the past three years most recently as the Executive Sous Chef at the Hillcrest Country Club and previously the Chef de Cuisine for Gardens restaurant at the Four Seasons Los Angeles.

Ryan Farr is currently the interim Executive Chef at San Francisco’s Fifth Floor since Melissa Perello’s departure at the beginning of the month. He will move over to Orson after the Kimpton Group chooses Perello's permanent replacement. Before joining the Fifth Floor as Chef de Cuisine, he was the Sous Chef at Charles Nob Hill, also under Perello.

Bradley Manchester has been appointed Executive Chef of Houston’s Hotel ZaZa (the former Warwick Hotel) and its Monarch restaurant and lounge. He was the Executive Chef at the Renaissance Las Vegas and previously served as Assistant Executive Chef at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and Chef Tournant at Caesar’s Palace.

Drew Sayes is the new Chef de Cuisine at Jer-Né restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, replacing Dakota Weiss, now the Chef at the Sunset Tower Hotel. Sayes was previously the Chef de Cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton Dearborn and served as Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Chicago.

John Hui has been appointed Corporate Pastry Chef for Pebble Beach Resorts. He was most recently the Executive Pastry Chef at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. Prior to his position at Caesar’s Palace, Hui worked at the Westin Maui, the Westin St. Francis, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and the San Francisco Marriott.

Wynn Las Vegas has appointed Linda Brookins Director of Restaurant Events. Brookins was previously the Sales Manager for the Palm Steakhouse Restaurant Group, first at its flagship location in New York City and, more recently, at its Caesar’s Palace outlet.

J. Walter Hess has transferred to the Four Seasons Costa Rica as Assistant Director of Rooms. He has served in various positions with the company for eleven years in Washington DC, Philadelphia, Toronto, and Chicago.

Austin Chen has joined the Chamberlain West Hollywood as Director of Guest Services. For the past two years he has been the Guest Services Manager at the Avalon in Beverly Hills.

EUROPE
Malta-based Corinthia Hotels has appointed Tony Potter Chief Executive Officer. He was previously the Group Chief Executive Officer at Millennium & Copthorne. Prior to that, Potter was the Chief Executive Officer of Choice Hotels International Europe. He also spent nineteen years with Hilton International, serving as Senior Vice President Europe, and Senior Vice President North America.

The Ascari Race Resort in Spain has appointed Frank Pfaller Chief Executive Officer. His prior assignments include Vice President/Managing Director positions at Las Dunas, Puente Romano and Marbella Club all in Marbella. In addition, he has previously worked at Le Touessrok in Mauritius and Guanahani on St. Barth.

Alain Duval is moving to Benouville, France as General Manager of Le Manoir d’Hastings and La Pommeraie. He was most recently with Kuwait Royal Holdings as Vice President Food and Beverage. Previously, Duval spent four years with Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong as Group Director of Food and Beverage. From 1973 to 1998, he was with InterContinental.

Serge Reinhard has been appointed General Manager of the Novotel Cannes Montfleury. He transfers from the Sofitel Montreal where he was the Director of Operations. He was previously at the Sofitel Royal Casino in Cannes.

Charles Otter has been named General Manager at the Park Inn in Russia. His most recent position was Executive Assistant Manager at the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in St. Petersburg.

Patrick Brans has been named Director of Operations at the Capella Castlemartyr in Ireland. He just spent eleven years with Ritz-Carlton. Most notably, he served as the Executive Assistant Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne and the Ritz-Carlton Boston.

Xavier Le Ru has transferred as General Manager to the Concorde Ambassador in Paris where he started his career in 1989. He was most recently the General Manager at the Hotel du Louvre also in Paris.
Jacques Vitu has been named City General Manager for the Radisson SAS Palace and the Radisson SAS Balmoral, both in Spa, Belgium. He was most recently the General Manager at the Hotel Andrassy in Budapest and previously served as Resident Manager at Le Plaza Brussels.

Marcos Torres-Mueller has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for Rocco Forte’s Hotel de Rome in Berlin. He has been with the company since February 2006, having previously been Rocco Forte Hotels’ Director of Outbound Sales for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, based at Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt.

Nicolas Villemin has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hyatt Regency Almaty, in Kazakhstan. He was most recently based in Dubai at the One&Only Royal Mirage.

Rupa Haria has been appointed Director of Communications for the InterContinental London Park Lane slated for a full opening in March. She comes to the hotel from the agency side where she was handling media relations for Auberge Resorts in the Americas and the One&Only Hotel Saratoga in Havana. Prior to this, she was at the corporate office of One&Only Resorts for almost two years.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC
Merril Yu has joined the SM Group in Manila as Senior Vice President, Hotel Investment Group. Yu was most recently the opening General Manager for the Grand Xianglu Hotel in China. He also served as Executive Director of Operations at the Carl Icahn-owned Stratosphere Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Bali’s Nusa Dua Beach Hotel, part of the holdings of the Sultan of Brunei, has a new General Manager in Reto Torriani. The Swiss hotelier is returning to Asia where his last position was that of General Manager at the Kempinski Leela Palace in Goa, over six years ago. Torriani had also been the opening General Manager at the Chedi Ubud and is therefore not a newcomer to Bali. He was most recently the Resort Manager at Cheeca Lodge, in Florida, a former Rockresort. At Nusa Dua, Torriani takes over from long-time Vice President and General Manager Danny McCafferty.

Charles Morris has been promoted to General Manager of the Peninsula Bangkok, taking over from Rainy Chang who is now the General Manager of the Peninsula Hong Kong. For the past two years, Morris had been the Executive Assistant Manager at the Peninsula Manila and had previously worked with Six Senses, Raffles International and Sun International.

Chris Steuri has been appointed General Manager at the Poipu Beach Resort on Kauai. He comes from a ten-year tenure as General Manager at the Renaissance Stanford Court in San Francisco where his successor is Bill Love. Prior to San Francisco, Steuri was the General Manager for three years at the Renaissance Vancouver Hotel Harbourside.

General Manager Kai Speth has transferred from the Park Hyatt Los Angeles to the Hyatt Regency Incheion in Korea. The Park Hyatt Los Angeles has been re-branded InterContinental this month. Speth has been with Hyatt since 1996 in Beaver Creek, Taipei, Bali and Seoul. He also spent three years at the Four Seasons New York.

Philippe Caretti has been appointed General Manager at the Hotel Mulia Senayan in Jakarta, taking over from Francois Cnockaert, now the General Manager of the soon-to-open Ritz-Carlton Guanghzou. For the past thirteen years, Lausanne-educated Caretti had held executive level positions with Shangri-La in Manila, Shanghai, Taipei and Hong Kong.

Brian Connelly has joined the InterContinental Shenzen as General Manager. He spent the past three years with Oakwood Asia Pacific, as Director of Food and Beverage. Previously, he was the General Manager of the Seoul Hilton.

The Crowne Plaza Kobe in Tokyo has appointed Ian Reid General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager of the Westin Guam and was previously the General Manager of the Sheraton Sapporo.

Christoph Voegeli will take charge as General Manager at the Hanoi Horison Hotel. He joins from the Sanur Beach Hotel where he was the General Manager.

Philippe Cavory has been named Hotel Manager at the Angsana Resort and Spa and Banyan Tree Hotel Velavaru. He was most recently the Hotel Manager and Marketing Manager at the Banyan Tree Maison Souvannaaphoum.

Lois Shore will join Outrigger in the newly created position of Vice President of Distribution, to be based in Hawaii. She was most recently the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Public Relations for the New York based Ensemble Travel Group. In addition, she has previously worked with Classic Vacations, GetThere.com, and Visa USA in various marketing related positions.

Rodolphe Gay has been appointed Resident Manager at the Alila Phuket. He joins from the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi where he had been the Director of Food and Beverage since 2004. His previous island experience includes serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Parrot Cay and at the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort.
Marriott International has appointed Andre Baljeu Director of Field Technology, Asia Pacific, to be based in Kuala Lumpur. He joins Marriott from Tourism Hotels Leisure LTD, where he held the position of General Manager - IT, based in Sydney.

Jean Luc Fourrier has transferred as Vice President Food and Beverage, Middle East and Asia for Hilton Hotels based in Singapore. He was most recently based in Australia as the General Manager of the Adelaide Hilton and previously of the Sydney Airport Hilton. In addition, he used to be the Area Director, Food and Beverage, Asia-Pacific for Hilton International in Singapore and Tokyo.

Taking over from Fourrier at the Adelaide Hilton is Christopher Ehmann. He has been a Director of Operations for Hilton in Dubai, Jeddah, Bucharest and, for the past three years, at the Nile Hilton in Cairo.

The Hilton Cebu Resort and Spa has appointed Samuel Gacos Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently in the same position at the Traders Hotel Manila.

Ayumi Sakamoto has relocated to Singapore, representing the Four Seasons Maldives. For the past three years, she was a Sales Manager at the Four Seasons Shanghai after playing a similar role at the Four Seasons Tokyo.

Gerhard Doll has transferred as Executive Chef to the Peninsula Tokyo. He was most recently at the Peninsula Manila as Executive Chef and was previously in the same position at the Peninsula Chicago and the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.

Franco Brodini has been promoted to Executive Chef at the newly re-opened Rasa Sayang Shangri-La in Penang. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the Shangri-La Singapore.

Christian Rassinoux has transferred to the Ritz-Carlton Portman in Shanghai as Executive Chef. He has been with the company since 1984, serving twenty-one years as the Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel.

Andres Lopez-Dafonte has been appointed Rooms Division Manager at Amanresorts’ Hotel Bora Bora. He has previously worked with Pearl Resorts and on property at the Manihi Pearl Beach Resort as the Rooms Division Manager.

Treys Ladrido is the new Beverage Director at Brewerkz in Singapore. A Cornell graduate, she was previously in Las Vegas as Sommelier at Tableau and Restaurant Alex, both at Wynn Las Vegas, and at Jasmine and Aqua both at the Bellagio.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA
Moritz Klein is the new General Manager at the Amwaj Rotana Resort in Dubai. He had previously been a part of the pre-opening team at the Empire Hotel and Country Club and has worked in hotels all over the world including the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow, Claridge's, the Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich and the New World Hotel, Saigon.

Jean-Pierre Simon is now the General Manager at the Diani Reef Resort and Spa, in Kenya. He just completed two years as General Manager of the Sands Resort in Mauritius. Simon also spent many years in the Middle East, most recently as Hotel Manager at the Al Jazira Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and the Jebel Ali Hotel in Dubai.

Alain Rigazzi has transferred to the Mövenpick Izmir in Turkey as General Manager. He comes from the same position at the Mövenpick Hotel Doha and was previously the General Manager at the Warwick Seattle for five years.

Alan Stocker has joined the Shanti Ananda Spa Resort in Mauritius as the General Manager. For the past five years he had been the General Manager at BodyHoliday at LeSport on St. Lucia.

Yassine Hamdouch is now in Morocco as the General Manager for Mandarine Hotels. He was most recently the General Manager at Le Méridien Fisherman's Cove in the Seychelles.

Axel Jarosch has joined the Lémuria Resort in the Seychelles as Resident Manager. He comes from a brief stint at the Constance Lodge GocheGanas in Namibia where he was the General Manager/Lodge Manager. Previously, he was at Le Prince Maurice in Mauritius as the Executive Assistant Manager and the Andaman Langkawi where he was the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage.

Olivier Larcher has joined the Westcliff Hotel in Johannesburg as Deputy General Manager. He was previously at the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort where he served as Hotel Manager and Financial Controller.

The Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai has appointed Lincoln Davis Director of Training. Davis started his career at the Forte Grand Dubai in 1994 and was most recently the Area Quality and Training Director of two Le Méridien properties in Malaysia.

Hakim Karoui has been promoted to Food and Beverage Manager at the Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai. He was moved up from his previous position as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at the property and has previously worked at the Mövenpick Ulysse Palace and Thalasso in Djerba as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
