Doubletree® Hotels today announced the launch of its “Book Your Meeting & Score Big with Doubletree” promotion at more than 225 participating Doubletree hotels and resorts worldwide. Customers who book an event now through December 31, 2010 for events through March 31, 2011 with a block of 26 guestrooms or more on their peak event night, will receive an inclusive package of meeting incentives and premiums designed to make meetings and events easier and more affordable than ever.
Meeting planners may enjoy the following incentives as part of the “Book Your Meeting & Score Big with Doubletree” promotion:
* 5% credit to master bill (including rooms, catering, meeting rooms)
* Complimentary high-speed internet connection in designated meeting room
* Complimentary meeting room
* Exclusive online tools such as Guest List Manager and Personalized Group Web Pages
* Earn Double Hilton HHonors® Event Planner Bonus Points
* For every qualifying booking, customers will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win Quadruple Hilton HHonors® Event Planner Bonus Points.

Meeting must consist of a minimum of 26 room nights per night at peak. Customers that meet hotel-specific food and beverage minimums, where applicable, will receive one complimentary meeting room rental for use on designated day. Other restrictions apply.
