Every year on the 22nd April, the Sofitel Dalat Palace gathers employees from its hotel along with those from the Mercure Dalat Hotel Du Parc and other participants to act for Earth Guest Day. For 2010, over 150 seedlings of Mai Anh Dao trees were planted in Dalat City with the help of the Dalat government and the Dalat Youth committee. Dalat City, often referred as the City of Eternal Spring thanks to its pleasant climate is very famous for its plants and beautiful flowers that blossom round the year. The seedlings of Mai Anh Dao tree will after few years of care turn into fine trees blossoming beautiful pink flowers in late winter and early spring, making the city of Dalat more green and even more beautiful.
